Finances

The school is established to run on self finance basis as much as possible. All running finances are based on sustainable model. However grants and external funds are sought and acquired wherever possible.

Student Fees

The fee structure from September 2013 is as follows:

  • First two children: £75 per child per term (4 months) 
  • Third child: £35 per term
  • More than three children: Free
  • Discount available for families with low income. (Please discuss)
  • £25 (11%) discount also available on advance payment for the whole year (three terms) during September.
  • £10 per child per year is additionally charged for books.
There are three terms in an academic year. The table shows what to pay:

Fees for a term becomes due at the start of the term. 

Bank Transfer / Standing Order

The school currently does not have the authorisation to receive payments via Direct Debit. However you can pay the fee by direct bank transfer or setting up a regular payment via Standing Order.

* Kindly use the Name of the child and term and/or year value as the reference. For example "Ayesha Khan T1 2017-18" when paying for the first term of year 2017-18, or "Zaid Ahmad 2017-18 Full year" when making whole year payment.

When paying for multiple children please make separate transactions if possible.

Expenses Covered by Fees

The student fees covers the following regular expenses and items. These are provided by the school as needed:

  • Course Books
  • Workbooks
  • Art n Craft material
  • Stationary items
  • Class rooms rent
  • Teachers fees

Additional Expenses Not covered

The fees does not cover the following expenses that may require additional contribution from the parents:
  • Lunch
  • Trips
  • Events 
  • Uniform items (hijab etc.)
  • Replacement books or workbooks (if lost damaged by the student)
